Our Process
A clear path from first measure to final install.
Stone projects feel simplest when you know what to expect. We follow a consistent process—from initial estimate through templating, fabrication, and installation—so you can focus on the space, not the logistics.
01
Initial conversation & estimate
We listen first—then provide a clear, no‑pressure estimate based on your space, materials, and scope.
Share inspiration, rough dimensions, and any drawings or plans you may have. We’ll discuss how you use the space, budget considerations, and timing so our estimate reflects the real project.
02
Material selection & slab review
We guide you through stone and engineered surface options based on how you live and maintain your home.
Together we review slabs and samples, talk through performance, and refine edge profiles, splash heights, and other details. For natural stone, we focus on veining, movement, and how each slab will lay out.
03
Field measurements & templating
We come on site to capture precise measurements so fabrication matches real‑world conditions.
After cabinets and substrates are set, our team visits to create digital or physical templates. We confirm overhangs, seams, and any cutouts for sinks, cooktops, and fixtures.
04
Fabrication in our shop
Your slabs are cut, finished, and dry‑fitted in our shop before anything arrives at your home or jobsite.
We shape edges, polish finishes, and review seams and corners for a clean, continuous look. For complex projects, we can walk you through the layout before installation.
05
Delivery, installation & finishing
Our installation team handles the heavy lifting with careful protection of your home or site.
We set, level, and seam the tops, then complete final polishing and sealing where appropriate. At the end, we walk the space with you and review basic care and maintenance.
